• The type of work the forklift needs to perform

Visual Inspection of the Forklift

Physical inspection is important when you are planning to buy 2nd hand forklifts. A close visual inspection of the forklift will give an idea about the forklift condition, wear and tear, damage, rusts, leakage, cracks, repairs needed, and more, which may not be visible through the video demonstration.

The average life of a forklift is roughly 10000 hours to 15000 hours. So, ideally, if a forklift has already clocked in hours close to the upper limit, it is not a good decision to spend money on it.
